The hot stones were a nice touch
However, the facility itself does NOT understand or hold privacy and relaxation during massages with their customers. There were 2 ladies in the room next to us laughing out LOUD and carrying on a conversation with themselves and their massage therapist. Went on for a good 5min. It was annoying as a member fee base facility. You can hear every conversation within the rooms.
When you go to a spa, you want relaxation, quiet, tranquility. The head spa area is another issue. Bright ass rooms combined with hair and nails and they just throw a towel over your face. Facial rooms are very noisy as well. Definitely I hope this gets back to management.
