My wife and I got the couples combo package. Better to make a reservation.  It came with 60 min private jacuzzi room and 90 min massage. Both were incredible and highly recommended. They do require a one time membership for around 20$ but you get a discount on prices and they are worth repeat visits so not worried about it. Tip well and they definitely take care of you. Do you also get emails or texts when they’re having sales for massages like we did today. We had a 90 minute massage for $48 because we are members. The massages are great, you feel good when you leave. If you have any medical issues or anything just download Google translate and type in what’s going on and put it into Chinese and they are really good at reading it and understanding before your massage starts. I have some medical issues that I have to notify them off before hand not to go too hard on and so did my dad so it works out each time. Try it out!!! read less

The place is nice and they provide many services. Staff have been friendly. It’s definitely worth it to become a member as prices are reduced and some other places are more expensive for the amount of time you get.

My therapist Jerry was recommended by my close friend and he’s been great. The pressure is firm but not too strong, but you can always let any therapist know to adjust the pressure to your comfort.

I’ve been going to star foot spa since 2017 and before customer service wasn’t that great but they’ve improved since then. The massages rarely ever disappointed me as all the therapist I’ve had deserved their tip. This place is my go to for sure. read less

I enjoy their packaged deals.  There’s always a special on some service they provide,  just ask.  I really enjoy my massages from , Tiger.  He really knows his work and So respectful and fierce if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage.  And I also recently just met,  Lucy. I’ve never had a massage before, but this place had good reviews and discounts if you became a member. Inside the Spa is beautiful and even more gorgeous when they lead you in the back to be worked on. I had a male therapist and felt very comfortable with him. Pro Tip!  If you like a deep tissue massage ask for a man.  These guys work out and my wife really enjoyed her massage.  He even gave her a Red Rose and a bottle of water before she left.  

They say when is ever the cheapest the best in quality?  Well I think we have a winner here.  It’s 10 minutes off the strip but I think it’s worth the drive.  

They do work for tips and I understand that for that 90 minutes they only worked for me not like a server at a restaurant that might work 10 tables.   So I think $10-$15 per person per hour for their time is not unfair.

She can be very rude on occasion.  (Well – I am a grumpy old fart and can be very rude on occasion also after this little fiasco.). After scheduling online for a 1:00 pm / 2 hour massage and being approved online, and driving from Henderson (40 minute drive each way with traffic) I was told to come back on Wednesday.  (5 days later).

After a slightly warm discussion with the desk manager,  and fortunately with the help of the assistant desk manager I was finally given an appointment by 2:30 pm. With my favorite masseuse.  And thanks to the help of Jim (the general manager ? ) things were taken care of.  However; when I went to pay for the massage, the same desk manager said I needed to pay membership fee from January 1 of this year.  Well I only started March 9th with my first massage in 2021.    Paid it but finally got that resolved after the massage and keeping Calendar.  Now membership is paid to March 9th, 2023.  Desk manager reminds me of a used car salesman.

Enough of this fiasco.   Nice facility and nice people.  All taken care of.  “However” – I came real close to never coming back to the Star Foot Spa. read less
