How long do the effects of microdermabrasion last?

Since human skin typically regenerates at approximately 30-day intervals, skin improvement with microdermabrasion is temporary and needs to be repeated at average intervals of two to four weeks for continued improvement. Usually, multiple treatments (six to 12 sessions) are recommended to see a significant improvement.

Does microdermabrasion actually work?

Microdermabrasion works on all skin types and colors. It makes subtle changes, causing no skin color change or scarring. It is not effective for deeper problems such as scars, stretch marks, wrinkles, or deep acne scars. With microdermabrasion, there is less down time than with dermabrasion

Does microdermabrasion hurt?

Microdermabrasion does not hurt. Your skin may feel a little hot and you may feel a little discomfort under the eye area on the first day. This will last a few hours. The beauty technician should adjust the suction level for you.

My wife and I got the couples combo package. Better to make a reservation.  It came with 60 min private jacuzzi room and 90 min massage. Both were incredible and highly recommended. They do require a one time membership for around 20$ but you get a discount on prices and they are worth repeat visits so not worried about it. Tip well and they definitely take care of you. The wife and I both tipped 40$ each as we did have a long service. read less

Although I do miss the original location ,(it felt a lot like I just traveled to another country for an hour) I understand all things change and they upgraded to the new spot. I enjoy their packaged deals.  There’s always a special on some service they provide,  just ask.  I really enjoy my massages from , Tiger.  He really knows his work and So respectful and fierce if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage.  And I also recently just met,  Lucy. The place is nice and they provide many services. Staff have been friendly. It’s definitely worth it to become a member as prices are reduced and some other places are more expensive for the amount of time you get.



My therapist Jerry was recommended by my close friend and he’s been great. The pressure is firm but not too strong, but you can always let any therapist know to adjust the pressure to your comfort.



I’ve been going to star foot spa since 2017 and before customer service wasn’t that great but they’ve improved since then. The massages rarely ever disappointed me as all the therapist I’ve had deserved their tip. This place is my go to for sure. read less
